Foundation is currently working on the translation of the main sadhana of Zhang Zhung Meri མེ་རི་བཀའ་མ་གྱད་ཕུར་གྱི་སྒྲུབ་གཞུང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་བཞུགས་པའི་དབུའོ། (meri kyepur ki drupshung she kya wa shuk pe wu). The practice of this yidama is closely related to Zhang Zhung Nyen Gyud, the oldest and most essential Dzogchen cycle. With Meri practice all masters belonging to this lineage, managed to overcome biggest obstacles on the path, both on the external and internal level. Zhang Zhung Meri is a powerful tantric practice, sometimes referred to as an extremely wrathful manifestation of the enlightened mind, it is a complete path to liberation from samsara.

    The volume of this sadhana in english will be available only in Menri Monastery in India, after receiving transmission and teachings from a teacher.
